Ingredients:
Tomatoes - 6
Green chillies - 2nos
Red chillies - 3nos
Mustard seeds - 2tsp
Methi seeds - 1tsp
Urad dal - 1tsp
Chenna dal - 1tsp
Coriander seeds - 1tsp
Hing - A pinch
Oil - 2tsp
Method:
Fry for 2minutes till the mustard seeds splutter.
Then add tomatoes and salt
Fry till all the ingredients are mixed well and tomatoes are cooked
Let it cool completely
Grind the ingredients to a fine paste
Do the seasoning with left over 1tsp of oil and mustard seeds
Enjoy the chutney with Idlis, dosa or rice
