Sabudana Kichidi

Ingredients:

 
  • Sabudana - 1cup
  • Green chillies - 4
  • Onion - 1
  • Potato - 1
  • Jeera - 1tsp
  • Ghee - 1/2tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Groundnut - 1cup
Method:
  1. Soak Sabudana for 2hours
  2. Fry the groundnuts and grind them to powder
  3. Take a pan and put 1/2tsp ghee.
  4. Add jeera, green chillies, onion and potato
  5. Fry until ingredients turn golden brown
  6. Then drain the water from sabudana and add to the above ingredients.
  7. Stir the mixture until ghee comes out.
  8. Then add salt and serve hot with mint chutney
