Ingredients:
- Sabudana - 1cup
- Green chillies - 4
- Onion - 1
- Potato - 1
- Jeera - 1tsp
- Ghee - 1/2tsp
- Salt to taste
- Groundnut - 1cup
- Soak Sabudana for 2hours
- Fry the groundnuts and grind them to powder
- Take a pan and put 1/2tsp ghee.
- Add jeera, green chillies, onion and potato
- Fry until ingredients turn golden brown
- Then drain the water from sabudana and add to the above ingredients.
- Stir the mixture until ghee comes out.
- Then add salt and serve hot with mint chutney
