Overweight People May More Likely To Have Bad Breath

Bad Breath is often caused by the foods we eat, such as garlic and onions. These aromatic substances are absorbed into our bloodstream and exhaled through the lungs as smelly breath odors. Not forget to mention tobacco too which cause foul mouth odors.

However, according to a research done by Tel Aviv University, there may be a direct link between obesity and bad breath. The more overweight one person is, the more likely he or she will have bad breath. The professor claimed that this finding should hold for the general public. Unfortunately, he is still finding the scientific evidence as to why this is the case. Source.

So, overweight people have another good reason to watch their diet, workout in gym and shed the fat. Also, next time when your friend is telling you have a bad breath, the cause may not be caused only by the food you eat, weigh yourself also to see whether you are overweight.
