Your Sitting Posture Is Wrong !

Just look at the way you are sitting now! Are you sitting in the correct posture? Do you know what is the correct posture to sit? If not, this post would help you !

1. Adjust the monitor such that your eye level is at the top of the monitor. Keep your head up but chin tucked in.

2.Use an armrest. ( Make sure you rest your arm properly on an arm rest while using the mouse or keyboard! This will help prevent Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, a painful condition of the wrist due to compression of median nerve).Forearm should be kept straight.

3. Your knees and hips should be in the same level. If needed you can use a footrest to achieve this balance. Foot should be placed firmly on the ground or on the footrest.

4.Use a comfortable chair which keeps your back erect and supported.

5.Last but not least, don't forget to keep your neck straight.Neck pain is very common among computer users
