Making the Masala Paste
Heat a nonstick pan and dry roast the Dry Red Chilies, Cumin Seeds and Coriander Seeds. Roast for 5 to 7 mins, remove to a plate and allow it to cool down.
Once cooled down, grind to a smooth paste using just enough water.
Making the Prawns Roast
Clean the prawns and let it drain.
Heat a kadai with ghee, when it is hot, add the ginger garlic paste and saute well.

Add chopped green chillies, when it cooks for few minutes, add the drained prawns.
Let it cook on high flame, water will come out from the prawns.
Add salt and turmeric powder.

After few minutes, add the ground paste. Add the garam masala and continue cooking until the whole mixture comes together. This takes about 5 to7 mins.
When the water evaporates and thickens, simmer and roast till all the water evaporates and coats the prawns well.
