#1 Almond Raisin Contrast Shake
Ingredients
2 scoops whey protein
1-1 ½ cup sweetened soy milk
½ cup pre-cooked oats
½ cup raisins, coarsely chopped
A few almonds, slivered
1 tablespoon peanut butter
A handful of ice
Except almonds and raisins, transfer everything in a blender. Whip for a few seconds till the ice converts to a thick shake. Garnish with almonds & raisins.
#2 Floating Peanut Banana Shake
Ingredients
2 scoops whey protein
¼ cup roasted peanuts
1 cup sweetened soy milk
1 small banana
1 teaspoon honey
1 tablespoon almond slivers
A handful of ice
Finely coarse roasted peanuts and transfer to the mixer. Add all except almonds and blend for a minute. Sprinkle almonds on top and serve.
#3 Super Strawberry Shake
Ingredients
5-6 strawberries
1 peach
2 scoops protein powder
1 cup sweetened soy milk/plain milk with sugar
1 tablespoon Flaxseed, coarsely ground
One handful broken ice
Grind everything into a mixer for a minute. Drink immediately
#4 Yogi Pi Shake
Ingredients
1 cup Greek yogurt (dahi)
3-4 strawberries
1 cup pineapple juice (fresh)
One banana, mashed
2 scoops protein powder
1 tablespoon honey
A handful broken ice
Blend all contents in a mixer till a thick shake results.
#5 Creamy Orange Shake
Ingredients
One glass orange juice
2 scoops protein powder
Two handfuls of ice
Blend the ingredients for a minute and drink.
#6 Pina Colada Shake
Ingredients
1 cup pineapple juice
1 cup orange juice
¼ teaspoon rum
1 tablespoon ripe shredded coconut
2 scoops protein powder
2 handfuls of ice
Blend everything and drink immediately.
#7 Honey Banana Bottoms Up Shake
Ingredients
1 Banana
1 tablespoon honey
1 mint twig
1 cup Greek Yogurt (dahi)
1 cup water
2 scoops whey protein powder
2 handfuls of crushed ice
Blend in a mixer for a minute and drink.
#8 Catalytic Creatine Shake
Ingredients
1 scoop creatine powder
1 scoop whey protein powder
2 golden delicious apples
1 tablespoon honey
½ cup Greek Yogurt (dahi)
1 handful ice
Peel apples and cut in small pieces. Transfer into a mixer and grind to a fine slush.
#9. Lime-n-Lemony Plum Shake
Ingredients
2 glass lime’s juice
1 lemon juice
2 plums, pitted
1 scoop protein powder
1 scoop creatine powder
½ cup Greek Yogurt (dahi)
2 handfuls of ice
Blend on high speed for a minute and serve.
#10. Coffee Cream Shake
Ingredients
1 scoop whey protein powder
1 scoop creatine powder
1 teaspoon instant coffee powder
1 cup sweetened soy milk
1 tablespoon heavy cream
1 small banana
1 handful ice
Mash banana and cream. Transfer all into the mixer and churn quickly for a few seconds. Serve.
#11 21 Love Chocolate Shake
Ingredients
2 scoop chocolate whey protein
1 teaspoon chocolate powder
2 cups sweetened soy milk
2 handfuls of ice
Blend all in a mixer and serve.
#12 Pump In Banana Shake
Ingredients
1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds, peeled
1 tablespoon flaxseeds
2 tablespoon roasted peanut
1 banana
1 teaspoon honey
1 cup Greek Yogurt (dahi)
2 handfuls of ice
1 scoop Whey Powder
Lightly roast the pumpkin and flaxseeds then powder, along with peanuts. Pour the powder into the mixer, add balance ingredients and churn for over a minute.
#13. Chocolate Banana Mix Shake
Ingredients
1 scoop protein powder
1 scoop creatine powder
2 bananas
1 teaspoon chocolate powder
1 cup spinach paste
2 tablespoon honey
1 cup of Greek Yogurt (dahi)
2 handfuls of ice
Blend in a mixer till smooth and serve.
#14. Banana Straw Shake
Ingredients
1 Banana
5-6 strawberries
1 scoops protein powder
1/2 cup spinach powder
1 cup Greek Yogurt (dahi)
1 cup sweetened soy milk
2 handfuls of crushed ice
First churn banana, then add strawberries and then the spinach. Once done, mix the rest ingredients and churn for a few seconds.
#15. Chocolate and Nut Awesome Shake
Ingredients
1 scoop protein powder, chocolate flavour
2 walnuts
2 tablespoon roasted peanuts
½ cup spinach paste
1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds
1 cup hung Greek Yogurt (dahi)
2 handfuls of ice
2 tablespoons of honey
Grind the walnuts and peanuts coarsely, mix with fine flaxseed powder. Mix other ingredients in a blender and churn at high speed for a few seconds. Garnish with coarse and fine powders.
#16 Coffee, Chocolate Shake
Ingredients
1 scoop protein powder
1 milk chocolate bar
1 teaspoon chocolate powder
1 glass cold coffee
1 tablespoon almond slivers
2 handfuls of ice
Blend cold coffee with chocolate powder, protein powder and ice and pour into a glass. Break chocolate bar into small pieces and drop in the glass. Sprinkle almond shreds and serve. This will be one the best protein shakes you will taste.
#17 Minty Melon Striking Shake
Ingredients
1 cup white melon (kharbooja)
1 cup Greek Yogurt (dahi)
1 tablespoon honey or to taste
1 scoop Whey Protein Powder
1 scoop milk powder
4-5 mint leaves
1 cup crushed ice
Reserve 1-2 mint leaves and transfer rest to blender. Blend for a minute, pour into a glass and decorate with mint. Allow to stand for a minute and serve. This whey protein shake will go a long way with ample fiber, protein, simple and complex carbohydrates.
#18 Coconut, Apple and Pomegranate Shake
Ingredients
1 cup coconut water
1 cup apple juice
1 cup pomegranate juice
1 cup pomegranate arils (anaar daane)
1 scoop protein powder
1 tablespoon honey
1 cup ice
1 tablespoon coconut shreds
Blend the juices, ice and protein powder and let it settle. Garnish with coconut shreds and pomegranate arils.
#19 Buttery Apple Almond Shake
Ingredients
1 apple peeled and seeded
2 tablespoon almonds, roasted and finely ground
1 tablespoon roasted peanuts, finely ground
1 scoop chocolate flavored whey protein powder
1 small banana
1 cup crushed ice
½ cup plain sweetened soy milk
Transfer to a blender and churn for a minute. Serve with a couple of apple pieces wedged on top.
#20 Blue Sea Coconut Cocktail
Ingredients
2 cups coconut water
1 cup pineapple juice
½ cup cream of tender coconut (malai)
½ cup Blue Curaçao
1 cup crushed ice
2 tablespoons honey
1 scoop protein powder
Lightly blend for a few seconds and serve.
#21 Buttery Strawberry Shake
Ingredients
2 teaspoon table butter
1 cup strawberries
1 cup sweetened soy milk
1 scoop plain protein powder
1 cup ice
2 tablespoons Greek Curd (dahi)
Crush strawberries in a blender first then add the rest and blend till done.
#22 Coconut, Mango and Strawberry Shake
Ingredients
½ cup cream of coconut (malai)
4-5 strawberries
1 small mango pulp
1 cup sweetened soy milk
1 scoop protein powder
1 cup ice
Blend mango pulp, coconut cream, strawberries and protein powder. Add soy milk, ice and blend at high speed for a minute and serve.
#23 Cinnamon Protein Punch Shake
Ingredients
1 scoop chocolate flavoured protein powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder (daal chini)
1 banana
1 cup Greek Yogurt (dahi)
2 tablespoons roasted peanuts, coarsely ground
1 cup ice
½ cup sweetened soy milk
1 tablespoon honey
Mash the banana, mix protein and cinnamon powders thoroughly. Transfer to a blender and add the rest ingredients. Blend for a few seconds and serve.
#24 Rosy Strawberry Shake
Ingredients
1 rose petals
4-5 strawberries
½ cup coconut cream (malai)
½ cup Greek Yogurt (dahi)
1 scoop strawberry whey protein powder
1 tablespoon cocoa chocolate bar, crushed
½ cup sweetened soy milk, plain
1 cup crushed ice
First crush strawberries, rose petals, coconut cream, yogurt and protein powder. Add soy milk and blend again and pour in a glass. Add crushed chocolate and serve.
#25 Pomegranate Vanilla Cream Shake
Ingredients
½ cup pomegranate arils
1 cup vanilla ice cream
½ cup Greek Yogurt (dahi)
1 scoop protein powder
1 small banana
1 cup sweetened soy milk
1 cup crushed ice
½ cup coconut cream (malai)
Mash banana, ice cream, protein powder and yogurt. Put ice, milk and blend lightly. Add pomegranate arils before serving.
#26 Coffee Peanut Butter Shake
Ingredients
1 glass cold coffee
1 tablespoon peanut butter
2 tablespoon honey
1 small mashed banana
1 scoop plain protein powder
1 cup ice
1 tablespoon chocolate chips
Mix banana and protein powder. Blend the cold coffee, peanut butter, honey and ice till smooth. Add chocolate chips and serve. It makes the best tasting protein shakes you will ever have.
#27 Mango and Chocolate Shake
Ingredients
1 cup pureed mango pulp
½ cup Greek Yogurt (dahi)
½ cup coconut cream (malai)
1 teaspoon chocolate powder
1 scoop plain protein powder
½ cup sweetened soy milk
1 tablespoon honey
1 cup ice
1-2 chocolate-chip biscuits for topping
Blend everything for a minute. Crush the biscuits and garnish before serving.
#28 Delicious Chai Shake
Ingredients
½ cup strong tea without sugar
½ cup sweetened plain or soy milk
1 tablespoon milk cream
1 scoop plain protein powder
1 pinch cardamom powder
1 pinch ginger powder
1 cup crushed ice
Blend together for a minute and serve.
#29 Peach/Litchee Mango Shake
Ingredients
1 cup peach slices/Litchee pulp
1 cup mango pulp
½ cup coconut cream (malai)
1 tablespoon honey
1 cup crushed ice
Mint leaves for garnish
Blend everything for a minute. Garnish with mint leaves and serve.
#30 Litchee Rose and Pomegranate Shake
Ingredients
½ cup coconut cream (malai)
1 cup Litchee pulp
½ cup pomegranate juice
½ cup pomegranate arils
1 scoop whey protein powder
½ cup rose petals
½ cup sweetened plain/soy milk
1 cup ice
Blend all and serve garnished with pomegranate arils.
Protein Shakes and drinks are always welcome especially in households. Gyms as such, cannot provide meal replacement shakes for every member and they stock only the fast selling protein shakes for muscle gain.
