JOB TITLE: Recruitment Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The role of Human Resources Specialist will primarily be responsible for the design, planning and implementation of the company staff recruitment and retention programmes. The successful candidate must be capable of working on their own initiative as they will have full responsibility for delivering the company’s staff recruitment and retention targets.

The successful candidate must also be capable of managing a budget to maximise the returns to the company in terms of staff recruitment and retention. Critical and innovative thinking will be required to be successful in this role and success will be rewarded appropriately. This role reports directly to the General Manager.

If you are resourceful, innovative and have a can-do attitude coupled with a Human Resources and/or a recognised Business qualification then this may be the job for you.

HOURS: Monday to Friday 8.00am -5.00pm (Primarily)

START DATE: Immediate

SALARY: Will be discussed at interview.

Based: Galway city

REQUIREMENT: Applicant must have a HR or Business Degree
