The recipe of the quiche without paste with tuna

Drain and crumble the tuna then dice the tomato and bell pepper, and chop the onion.
Fry the chopped onion with the olive oil in a pan and then add the tomatoes and peppers. Then let it cook for 7 to 8 minutes.

Beat the eggs with the milk in a bowl, then add the flour and mix well. Add the cheese, tuna, and Vegetable Recipes then mix well.
Pour your preparation into a gratin dish previously covered with parchment paper, then bake at 200° for 40 to 45 min.
Finally serve your tuna quiche without pastry hot.
