Moong Dal Pakoda (Moongore) Recipe

How to make Moong dal Pakoda

  • Firstly wash moong dal then soak it something 2 hours.
  • Drain the water and grind the moong dal in a Mixer to make a slightly coarse paste. Add a tbsp of water if required to make the paste.
  • Take out the paste in a bowl and mix chopped onion, green chili paste, garlic paste and mix well.
  • Now add gram flour, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, ajwain, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, and chopped coriander leaves.
  • Mix well and the batter is ready for Pakoda.
  • Now Heat the oil in a pan.
  • Then drop small rounds of the mixture in the oil.
  • Fry the Pakode on medium-low heat till nicely golden browned.
  • Remove the Pakodas on a plate.
  • Now our Pakodas are ready for serve.
