Besan Dhokla Recipe Ingredients

  1. Curd (one) cup
  2. Hot Flour (half) kg
  3. Green Chillies Paste (one) tsp
  4. Ginger Paste (one) tsp
  5. Salt (as you need)
  6. Baking Powder (one) tsp
  7. Lemon Juice (one) tbsp
  8. Tumeric  Powder (half) tsp
  9. Cooking Oil (one) tbsp
  10. Curry Leaves, Mustard Seeds, Coriander Leaves Chopped (few)

Besan Dhokla Recipe Method

  • Add hot flour, curd and water in a very bowl, combine well and create a swish batter, batter ought to have thick consistency in look.
  • Add salt into the batter and put aside for (thirty) minutes an hour in coated state.
  • Add ginger paste, green chilly paste and turmeric powder in batter and mex well.
  • Boil (two) cups water in a steamer or cooker.

  • Serve with Tomato Ketchup.
