What is Optimalism…?
Optimalism is the combined meaning of the following words: Optimum Best; most likely to bring success or advantage.

Optimism The quality of being full of hope & emphasising the good parts of a situation, or a belief that something good will happen.
Optimise: To make something as good as possible.
Optimist: Someone who always believes that good things will happen.
Optimal: Best or most favourable.

To be optimistic is when one expects the best possible outcome from any given situation.
To remain optimistic in life is a skill that can be practiced, honed & mastered.
This is certainly a vital skill & studies have proven that those who remain optimistic are less susceptible to illness & disease.
