Introduction to Optimalism

Intro to Optimalism:

Doctrine: is a codification of beliefs or a body of teachings or instructions, taught principles or positions, as the essence of teachings in a given branch of knowledge or belief system.

Often doctrine specifically suggests a body of religious principles as it is proclaimed by a church, but not necessarily; doctrine is also used to refer to a principle of law, in the common law traditions, established through a history of past decisions, such as the doctrine of self-defence.

In some organisations, doctrine is simply defined as “that which is taught”, in other words the basis for institutional teaching of its personnel internal ways of doing business.

 


Optimalism is the system I created so that you can achieve your personal best. It is a way of living that brings out your best. You can look at the first fifty pages of my book on Amazon – check it for free.

It is a universal fact that when a human being aligns themself with a higher Principle, or set of higher principles, they become mighty.

These principles are not essentially for self-gain or riches or material pleasure, although they could at some points in the process appear that way.

In a similar way that religious beliefs offer a moral code by which to live, Optimalism offers a code of which to live by that makes optimal living a reality.

The way of living that I propose brings about your optimal state – in mind, body & spirit.

As you refine the principles of Optimalism to your life, you will feel stronger – physically, mentally & emotionally.

I provide within HealthWealth a doctrine of health & fitness. A set of specific principles that once followed stimulates a higher state of being on a mental, physical & emotional plane.
