Conditioning Workout of the Day

Welcome to 40 Plus Personal Training Metabolic Conditioning!!!

For those of you who have already joined up, thank you! And use this page as a reminder, when needed.

For those of you who haven’t joined up yet, welcome! Please use this page learn more about the new metabolic conditioning classes at 40 Plus Personal Training.

Start on the ZEROS
  • 8 exercises
  • 15-30 seconds of work
  • 30-45 seconds of rest
  • Rest until the clock hits ZEROS
  • Repeat the 8 exercises as many times as you want (up to 5 times)
  • Take extra rest or skip an exercise if needed.
  • At the end of your 8 exercises rest for 2-3 minutes, before beginning the next round.
  • Have Fun! Enjoy! Good job!
