Start on the ZEROS
8 exercises
15-30 seconds of work
30-45 seconds of rest
Rest until the clock hits ZEROS
Repeat the 8 exercises as many times as you want (up to 5 times)
Take extra rest or skip an exercise if needed.
At the end of your 8 exercises rest for 2-3 minutes, before beginning the next round.
