If you’re new here, #MotivateME Monday is a weekly link-up co-hosted by myself and Run Mommy Run for accountability and encouragement. It’s a place for us to share goals, plans, successes and have each other to pick us up to keep moving forward. Happy Monday everyone! I hope you had a great week last week. My week was our usual level of busyness – hockey, softball, birthday parties, sports, sports, sports! I was happy though because I have figured out how to fit my fitness in around our hectic schedule. I ran 5 times, and did 4 strength workouts! I’m really happy that I’ve taken my running to the next level – 5 runs in a week! Monday: Got up and ran before work… by myself! It was hard to get up but once I got out there it was ok. Unfortunately my morning run pictures are going to look a lot more like this now that it’s dark when I start, and still dark when I finish 🙁 At lunch I went to my boot camp class. Tuesday: Kettlebell EMOM Workout Wednesday: Speed work with Becky. 1km warmup, 4 x 600 meter speed repeats with 600 meter recovery jogs. My paces were much […]
