Happy Monday everyone! How was your weekend? Here the weather was amazing! This week was another busy week of work, hockey, softball, boot camp, running etc… Whew! This week’s recovery/training Monday – Boot camp class – so hard!! Tuesday – my heel (plantar fasciitis) was bothering me so I skipped my run at Lunch. After work Brooke had a hockey game so I watched it with Amber. Wednesday – 6.56k morning tempo run with Amy to make up for the run I missed on Tuesday. At lunch I went to boot camp class – this class focused mostly on posterior chain strength. Thursday – Beautiful day for a run so I ran 7.8k at lunch at an easy pace. Friday – 5.51k run before work. 4×500 meter repeats. Saturday – ran 10.52k while Brooke was at hockey practice. Sunday – rest day. I met my goal of running 4 times and going to 2 boot camp classes!
