A little tapa, the other night I had friends coming over we had Wine and I made 2 tortillas de patatas that became my left over for the following day, a Spanish montadito breakfast.
I toasted a sliced baguette drizzled with Olive Oil, and placed a slice of Manchego cheese, olive oil and pepper, a piece of tortilla de patatas and on the top roasted red peppers.
A divine glorious way to start a day followed by a cappuccino or even a glass of red wine would be much better...
