Candidates are required to bring UP Sachivalaya Admit card 2021 along with at least one identity proof (Photo-Identity Card viz U.I.D., Id-card issued by College/University, Voter Id Card, Driving License, Passport, PAN Card, Bank's Passbook copy with photograph thereon) to the test centre and shall produce the same on demand at the time of examination centre.
