Pear & Chicken Roasted Salad






1 lb Chicken, cubed
2 Pears, cubed
1/3 cup Chopped onion
¼ cup shredded carrots
¼ cup pecan Nuts or other type nuts
¼ cup raisins

Dressing

½ cup mayonnaise
2 tsp dill
2 tsp celery salt
2 tsp lemon juice


Place chopped chicken and pears in greased pan. Grease dish with olive oil and drizzle a little oil over pears and chicken.  Roast at 400 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour.  Combine ingredients for dressing.  Toss with pears and chicken, onion, carrots, nuts and raisins. Serve on a bed of lettuce.
