Chawal ki Roti

Chawal ki roti: A tasty and healthy Roti made with leftover rice and some spices. The last day of posting recipes made on tawa ends with this simple yet delicious chawal ki roti. I have adapted the recipe from here and used my last night leftover rice to a pretty good use.

We make our everyday roti, paratha, dosa and all on tawa and that is a normal day routine. Chawal ki roti is something unusual and I have not trie dit before. But it is definitely a nice idea to use leftover rice. These roti tastes amazing and does not need any side dish or curry. We ate them with some homemade yoghurt and green chutney and had a nice and filling lunch.
