Ingredients
- 4 eggsbeaten
- 1.5cups tasty grated cheese
- 1small onionchopped
- 6rashers baconchopped, rindless
- 1/2cup self raising flour
- 1.5cup milk
- 1/4cup parsleychopped
- salt and pepper
- 2cups mixed vegesyour choice of peppers, cherry tomatoes, corgettes, corn, peas, beans, grated pumpkin etc
Instructions
- Pre heat oven to 180 degrees C.
- Spray a medium to large lasagne dish with non-stick baking spray.
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Pour into the prepared dish and bake for 40-45 minutes until set and golden brown.
