Ingredients
  • 4 eggsbeaten
  • 1.5cups tasty grated cheese
  • 1small onionchopped
  • 6rashers baconchopped, rindless
  • 1/2cup self raising flour
  • 1.5cup milk
  • 1/4cup parsleychopped
  • salt and pepper
  • 2cups mixed vegesyour choice of peppers, cherry tomatoes, corgettes, corn, peas, beans, grated pumpkin etc
Instructions
  1. Pre heat oven to 180 degrees C.
  2. Spray a medium to large lasagne dish with non-stick baking spray.
  3. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  4. Pour into the prepared dish and bake for 40-45 minutes until set and golden brown.
