Because this frosty watermelon drink will help you cool your body down. In the process, refill the lost nutrients from sweating, and will make your skin glow! It is really perfect after a sweaty run as it is full of ultra-hydrating ingredients and electrolytes. Before you know it, you have cooled down!

Ingredients

  • 2 and 1/2 cups frozen watermelon cubes

  • 1/4 cup Aloe Vera gel, scraped from the inside of an aloe vera leaf, or substitute aloe vera juice
  • juice of one lime, optional

Directions:

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.

Note: Aloe Vera Gel and juice is best taken in smaller amounts. If you’re pregnant, do not consume it. The slushy is extremely healthy and hydrating without aloe vera too, and you are able to leave it out altogether.
