Whenever I getta craving, I would eat sweets in bulk. But sweets are the monster enemies for PCOS. I would increase the change for weight gain. To overcome this, I got an advice from doctor for that. Craving can be controlled by having some good fat.
Avocado is one fruit rich in good fats. They make us feel full, controls bad cholesterol and controls blood sugars too. They are the best for controlling cravings. Making Avocado as your morning breakfast would be the best idea.

- 1 small Avocado
- A handful of mint leaves
- 1 or 2 tsp honey
- 1/4 cup thick yogurt

- Take a ripe avocado. Cut it into two halves. Scrap the flesh with a spoon and collect it. Collect it in an airtight container and freeze it for 2 hours.
- Take the cold avocado, mint leaves, honey and yogurt in a mixer jar. Grind and make it into a smooth paste.
- Add 1/2 cup of water and grind again. It will make a creamy smoothie .
- Serve it chill.
