- 1 cup Quinoa
- 1 and half cups water
Quick Procedure
- First heat a pan and dry roast quinoa, until gets heated up.
- Wash quinoa in water for 2 to 3 times.
- Take it in a pressure cooker. Add 1 and half cups of water.
- Pressure cook in medium flame for two whistles and turn the flame to low.
- Cook for 1 or 2 whistles in low flame and switch off the flame.
- Let the steam or pressure subside. Open and transfer the cooked quinoa to plate.
- Spread over the plate and let it cool down. Soft and Fluffy Quinoa will be ready
