*Reviewing, drafting and negotiating a wide range of agreements, including principal transaction agreements related to mergers and acquisitions and other corporate matters (e.g., letters of intent, asset purchase agreements, stock purchase agreements, consortium shareholder arrangements, joint ventures etc.) *Planning and assisting in due diligence, actively managing deal processes and execution; and managing outside counsel. *Working collaboratively with internal clients to identify issues, develop creative solutions, engage in due diligence, structure, negotiate, and consummate acquisitions
