No Credible success criteria…

It is important to define at the beginning of a project what the success criteria are, and to measure along the way how you are performing to meet them.

There is little point in continuing to invest scarce resources only to find that the end result doesn’t meet your needs.

That isn’t to say that objectives shouldn’t be reevaluated over time in a controlled manner.

Credible, S.M.A.R.T. criteria will help you achieve success.  IF you don’t know, S.M.A.R.T. stands for Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, Timely.
