Get more leads to Zoho

Leadfeeder’s new integration for Zoho CRM means you can connect a web lead you find in Leadfeeder to an existing Zoho CRM lead or account. Leadfeeder is the missing link between Google Analytics and your CRM, feeding marketing insights into the hands of your sales team. The Zoho integration also allows you to create a completely new account or lead for Zoho CRM from the Leadfeeder interface whenever you see an interesting new company on your website – in other words, you can update your CRM without even exiting Leadfeeder. After a Leadfeeder lead is connected to a Zoho account, you can create tasks with a deadline for that account inside Leadfeeder. And you can also set the task priority. The new Zoho CRM integration is available for Leadfeeder Premium and Trial users. If your Leadfeeder has dropped down to the free basic version (called ‘Lite’), please send email us and we’ll give you 14 days of free Premium trial to test the Zoho integration and experience all the best features. If you haven’t tried out Leadfeeder before you can sign up here (couple of clicks) and take a free 14-day trial of Premium. Integrate Zoho with Leadfeeder and try it out First, make sure you’re logged into Leadfeeder, then go to the integrations page inside the app. Alternatively, go to your settings and find the section “Integrations” from there. It doesn’t matter which route you take because after that you’ll simply select the Zoho CRM integration and then follow the on-screen instructions to get the Authentication Token from Zoho. Before long you’ll see the Zoho CRM integration doing the initial sync. After integrating Zoho your Leadfeeder you will see something like this: 1) White “Zoho CRM” labels in the lead list on the left side, which shows matches; 2) An orange lable marked “Zoho” on the right, which shows you’ve integrated to Zoho. What does it mean and what can you do next? The white Zoho labels in the lead list on the left side are possible matches we’ve made between leads in Leadfeeder and data in your Zoho CRM. If you want to make the connection you can click “connect” on the right side to confirm the match between Leadfeeder and a Zoho lead or Zoho account. (Note: when you have connected an account Leadfeeder will also show Zoho deals related to the account.) For any lead in Leadfeeder you can create a new Zoho account or Zoho lead directly from the Leadfeeder app. To connect you just need to hit “click to connect” in the CRM integration section on the right. Once you’ve done that the lead will get an orange tag saying “Zoho CRM” like for Nuventur Oy shown in the screen shot. For connected Zoho CRM accounts, Leadfeeder also allows you to create completely new deals (again, without needing to leave Leadfeeder interface). In the screen shot you would click “Create a new deal for account”. (Note: if you convert a Zoho lead to an account or an opportunity in Zoho, we catch that up accordingly in Leadfeeder.) How to connect a lead to a Zoho CRM account (with screenshots) Create tasks for your Zoho CRM account Once a Leadfeeder lead is connected to a Zoho account, you can create tasks with a deadline for that account inside Leadfeeder. You can also set the task priority. As you know, timing is everything in sales. Setting a high priority for a Zoho task is a great way to make sure that a sales follow-up email is done in a timely manner. Other Leadfeeder integrations With all our integrations Leadfeeder works silently in the background and delivers web leads from Google Analytics straight into your CRM, where salespeople need these leads most. Check out our integrations page to see what we currently support. We’re continuously asking our users which CRMs they would like Leadfeeder to integrate with next and unsurprisingly, Salesforce, Dynamics CRM and Zoho CRM have been at the top of the list. We announce new integrations on our blog and in our Facebook group where we offer exclusive opportunities and from where many of the first testers of the Zoho CRM integration came.
