GOD LOVES YOU
Good morning, good morning, Dr. Rob. How are you doing? Another awesome and amazing day in the Universe. Starting the day with gratitude attitude. And I know so many of us get up and we’re tired, we’re fatigued, oh my God, I don’t want to go to work, I don’t want to get up! We probably ate too much and we drank. We didn’t take care of our bodies in the best way, but today’s the day to change it up, my friends.
Remember, YOU’RE the most valuable, expensive, irreplaceable thing of the universe. The focus is YOU. The focus is taking care of you. You’re the amazing focus of the universe, my friends, for God Loves you. God thinks you’re the most amazing ever in the universe and shouldn’t you take care of your body and your mind in the most amazing ways? Which will give you the best, most amazing smile of the day, right?
Get to bed early. Get up early. Put into your mind and your mouth all of those things that are really the very best for you this day. You don’t need all of those potions and pills, those shots, those lotions of commotions, right? I know. A breath and smile this day and thank you, God, for this day. How grateful I am for that which you have given me. The number one thing you have given me is this thing called life. Right? LIFE.
You are healthy, wealthy, and wise. The wealth of the universe is actually simply being alive. Right? That’s it, nothing more. A breath and smile, my friend.
What’s the trick of the universe? I don’t know it either, but I know this. I get up every day and go to work, go to do something that I enjoy. Is it always enjoyable? No, there are times that it is challenging, hard, frustrating, but that gives it joy too, by the way. The universe gifted us all of this amazing stuff. Whatever you’re doing, wherever you’re going, do it with the most amazing joy, pride, and gratitude for that’s the attitude.
God loves you and God loves all of us. GOD LOVES. You’re simply a speck of God, a vibration of God, an entity of God. For all intents and purposes, you are God. A simple drop of the ocean may say, “I am the ocean.” Right?
All of us are but that which we think we are. How do you want to unfold your day? Go for a walk or a light run, LIGHT. Don’t go crazy. Don’t overdo it. Take care of your body and your mind. That which you put in and let out of your mouth, make it the best possible, most loving, kind, generous ever in the universe.
I know. It’s all a little bit crazy, the frustration of life and why we go through what we go through. What happens to us that’s up, down, right, wrong, easy, hard, CRAZY! God’s love is with you, my friend. God’s love is with you always. God’s love is life’s energy.
Begin to use the mind for God’s love, gratitude, vibration of faith. For faith is the belief in the thing that is so hard to believe in. So hard to accept. So hard. And I know each of us have this hard stuff every single day. Oh my God, crazy! Why is it so crazy? I don’t know that one, my friend. I have not figured it out.
God loves you and me. In the breath and smile, God unfolds. Get up and out. Paint something. Do some pottery. Do some gardening. Till the soil. Plant some seeds and grow your life. That’s why we’re doing today and every day.
Remember, the contemplation of all the stuff is less valuable than the making of a lot of stuff. Ultimately some of it comes out and looks like WOW! Do it and let it go, move on, move forward. That’s how simple it all is, my friend. God loves you in the breath and smile of life. God is our greatest resource. This entity we call God is absolutely the most amazing, greatest resource of the universe, and it is you and me. The infinite number of gods—the beautiful, amazing entities of each and every one of them. God is great and created you in the breath and smile of life.
Thank you, God, for this life, for this day, for this great way. How grateful I am for this day as I drive to work on my 30-minute meditation. Or I’m listening to something upbeat and positive. The Alchemist or even The Shack. The breath and smile of life this day.
On the journey of creative love and kindness. God bless you, my friends, for God has gifted you and me with today, to love, have faith, and be creative. Whether you’re driving to work, to the slopes, the golf course, wherever you’re going, whatever you’re doing, do them with the most amazing joy, kindness, and creativeness.
In the breath and smile of the day, play an instrument, sing a song, write a poem, engage in life. Jesus Christ is the master of the Christian philosophy; Mohammed the Islamic philosophy; Buddha, the Buddhist philosophy; Lao Tzu, the ancient ways. Read the Bhagavad Gita, the Gita. Connect in a positive way with that which you do not, because you have the capability to turn it around and change it up and create it. WOW!
God loves you, my friend. God loves you more than you know. God loves the flow of the life juices.
Go slow and easy. Focus. Pay attention. I am hands free, simply talking to myself. In reality, we are all simply talking to ourselves. Whoa is me. How terrible life is. It’s so unfair, why did they do this or that to me? That is simply just a conversation with myself. Oh my gosh, how blessed and lucky I am this day. How wonderful life is! Wow, all of the challenges, changes, and creative things that have gone through my life. How blessed am I?!
As I spend my time at times with my parents, Ray and Marie, at the Lakeview Cemetery in Skaneateles, New York, I sit on a bench overlooking the park. It’s a stress-free zone with all of those who have come before and have had amazing lives in one way or another. Creative, shifting, changing, hard, easy, good, bad, right, wrong, the life force pushing against us in ways that you and I don’t even understand.
Remember, the mind is the maker. And if the mind is damaged, inflamed, or diseased via ill-thinking or bad material that you’re putting in your mouth or your mind, it’s going to get fucked up, I’m sorry. Whether you’re walking this earth alone, with a partner, or with a group of friends, shifting, changing, growing, creating, we’re all sharing. Whether it’s Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat—there are infinite ways. Whether it’s podcasts, books, movies, poetry, we are all part of the creators of the universe. God has created you and me to share, to grow, to create.
At 62, WOW! I am grateful for every moment and grateful to Ray and Maria for connecting up and making love. Getting fucked, in some ways. Fed, fucked, and put to bed. I know it might sound a little crass and crude to some, but believe me, our drive is to find food and find fucking. To find a mate, whether it’s for this time, a long time, or for eternity. We are always shifting, growing, creating, all of us. How can we recognize and utilize the great philosophers of all time?
Realize that God is the energy within us that allows us to patient, loving, kind, and generous in this moment, in yesterday’s moments, in tomorrow’s moments, and every moment of the day, the way, the life.
Such a wonderful, awesome and amazing day today. Remember, there’s only todays, there’s never yesterdays or tomorrows because the thinking mind only knows today and only knows the environment of today. It sounds crazy, I know. In thy breath and smile you be.
Go out and do, be, live, love, shift, create. No matter what it is, in any way, and every day. Remember, you alone have the capability of saying yes or no, walking towards or away, or standing still, no one else. You have the ability to use the words “I love you”, in the mirror first. I LOVE YOU. And I love you, by the way. In the breath and smile of life is God’s love.
This is my 30-minutes, but it can be 3 minutes or 3 hours. If you’re going up on the slopes, on the golf course, going easy and enjoy every run, swing or drive, chip, or put. No matter where the ball goes, it’s simply the flow of the universe. Remember, the frustrations of what it isn’t or what it is is your lack of faith in the Great Creator always conspiring in your favor on this crazy-ass journey called life. Fucking awesome and amazing, I know.
No matter your age, size, shape, color, gender, gender assignment, political, religious persuasions, you are a human being on this fucking awesome and amazing human life journey and God’s love is within you. Be an actor, actress, writer, director, poet, singer, dancer, a computer analyst, a doctor, a nurse, a PA, an NP, a BA, an MS, whatever it is. Be of joy in which you are doing and accomplishing in the day. The accomplishment is simply that you are breathing, thinking, flowing energy of God today and every day.
My friends, enjoy this fucking awesome and amazing day today. Wherever you’re at, whatever you’re doing, do it with WOW! life is amazing and I love you.

We are all that and more. Your purpose is already within you, and you are vibrating it each and every day and each and every way.

Make some mistakes, fail at something, go in front of a group, a class, online, wherever it is, and risk being wrong, because that’s how you sprout out of the seed, that hard shell.
