Austin, Tx does not have the most expensive office space rents in the world, however we are not far behind!  According to Knight Frank’s Skyscraper Index, Hong Kong is the most expensive city in the world to rent Class A office Space at $255.50 sf.  New York City’s most expensive skyscrapers average $153 sf.

Austin, Tx on the other hand has office rental rates quickly reaching $50 sf or more which is the highest they have been in 10 years thanks in part to many technology and software companies expanding or relocating their offices to Austin.
