E-commerce giant, Amazon is always looking for better ways to deliver customers their products.  In an effort to do so they are opening urban warehouses in cities such as Manhattan.  These urban warehouse spaces are pricey and a little out of place amid all of the office spaces & retail stores of 34th street below however because of this prime location they are able to deliver shipments to customers in less than an hour.  Amazon is really setting the customer experience bar when it comes to rapid delivery service.
