Be careful with Ear Buds and head phones! Why? Many times the volume is louder than it needs to
be. The volume doesn’t need to be so loud that others hear it. That is the quickest way for you to get a hearing loss. An easy way to check the volume is to turn on the i-pod or radio BEFORE you put in the ear piece or ear buds. If you can hear the music, the volume is too loud.IT’S JUST A GOOD IDEA!
