The process of quantitative research typically includes collecting data from hundreds or thousands of people (or organizations, government agencies, or other entities). By collecting a large enough data set, the research can draw conclusions about how the data represents an entire population of interest. The concierge role does more decision making allowing the customer to choose from a few specific options.
The coach role encourages customers to achieve goals by creating a plan to address a specific problem, nurturing and encouraging them to achieve a desired end state.
