Stillwood, a LakeTown Community, is the newest development by Alabama Power on Lake Martin. It is a small gated community centrally located at the south side of Lake Martin in the Blue Creek area near Chuck’s Marina. Interested in Stillwood? Contact Miller Dark.

This new waterfront development will consist of 10 private, wooded homesites plus 5 cottage sites. It’s name was inspired by the still waters in the large cove surrounded by Alabama Power Property. This neighborhood has a private boat ramp and boat storage area for its residents as well as allowing covered boat houses.

Stillwood is part of a concept called LakeTown. LakeTown’s goal is to create communities around lakes in a way that focus not on the lake as a weekend destination, but as an essential, purposeful part of life. Laketown communities will add value to the Lake Martin region and are designed to stand the test of time for generations to come, according to the company.
