Hi everyone, do you love cinnamon rolls? I think it is one of the best holiday dish you can prepare for your friends and family. As always I've decided to add something personal in the recipe and today I'm going to show you how to prepare very quick and easy these cute Lime Cinnamon Rolls. This recipe is beginner friendly and you can even bake these rolls together with your kids. Let`s start!

Ingredients:

• 2 cups of flour
• 3/4 Warm Milk
• 1 full teaspoon of dry yeast 
• 1 Egg
• Vanilla extract 
• 2 Teaspoons baking powder
• Ground cinnamon
• White Sugar
• Salt
• Butter
• Lime Juice

1. Start with preheating your oven to 400 F (200 C). Prepare the baking dish by applying a very thin layer of butter or vegetable oil. 

2. Put yeast and a necessary amount of sugar into the mixing bowl, add a warm milk and let the yeast dissolve.

3. Add an egg and vanilla extract to the milk and yeast. Sift the flour and add it to the mixing bowl together with baking powder and a little pinch of salt.

4. Start stirring the Dough, it should be soft and supple. You can use plastic spatula or stir it with hands. Apply some vegetable oil n your hands, so the dough won't stick to them.

6. Let the dough rest around 30 minutes and prepare lime caramel for filling: mix sugar with lime juice and let the mixture thicken in the pan.

7. Put dough on the table, apply vegetable oil on the table, so the dough won't stick to the surface. Roll dough into a thin rectangle and brush the surface of dough with soft butter, lime caramel and sprinkle with cinnamon. 

8. Roll the dough to form a log and cut it into few little rolls. Place the rolls in the baking dish and bake until rolls are done, usually it takes 25 minutes. And Lime Cinnamon Rolls are done!
