A video has emerged on social media appearing to show gunmen from a drug cartel in Mexico extorting money from female bar hostesses at gunpoint. Footage shows one of the gunmen holding a pistol to the head of a woman as she is forced to lie flat on the floor while the man threatens her and demands weekly payments. The Jalisco New Generation cartel is said to be responsible for the extortion, and is considered one of the five most dangerous transnational criminal organisations in the world.
