Several years after tying the knot, Jamie and Tom’s relationship turned sour. In 2013, Jamie filed for divorce from Tom.

PEOPLE confirmed this news, which obtained divorce documents filed by Jamie in Los Angeles. Jamie cited irreconcilable differences as the cause of their separation.
