It has been three years since Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead in his home in Mumbai. Years later, the star’s fans are still mourning his devastating death. Sushant Singh Rajput’s sister Shweta Singh Kirti expressed her emotional condolences to her brother on his 3rd death anniversary. She shared a lovely photo of Sushanth, where he could be seen with Shweta’s two kids, along with some screenshots of the books he recommended.
She also shared a carousel, a screenshot of the conversations between the siblings, where Sushant passed on some reading recommendations and messages to Shweta saying: “Also, these three were my last year’s fav. You also share if you find anything kickass.”
Shweta Singh Kirti also wrote a caption stating, “Love you Bhai and salute to your intelligence. I miss you every moment. But I know you are a part of me now…You have become as integral as my breath. Sharing a few books recommended by him. Let’s live him by being him. #SushantIsAlive.”
According to Shweta’s Instagram post, Sushant Singh Rajput’s reading list included The Emotion Machine, Structures Or Why Things Don’t Fall Down, Chaos and Fractals -New Frontiers of Science, The Beginning Of Infinity, and The Ancient Secret Of The Flower Of Life. Several fans have commented on the post expressing their grief.
Additionally, Shweta posted a video addressing Sushant’s fans while at a retreat. She shared her discomfort with the term “death anniversary,” as she believes Sushant is still present in a different form. Recalling their recent WhatsApp conversations about books. She added, “If we want to keep Sushant alive and we really love him, we have to live what he was. We have to imbibe his qualities. We have to imbibe the goodness of his heart…Praying for my little brother.”
Sushant Singh Rajput gained fame through the TV show Pavitra Rishta and made his mark in films like Kai Po Che!, MS Dhoni: The Untold Story, Kedarnath, and Detective Byomkesh Bakshy. His final project, the film Dil Bechara, was released posthumously in 2020.
