It has been revealed that Senator Milicent Omanga was among the 54 Senators who voted against Deputy Speaker Kithure Kindiki.
The Senator is among other Jubilee Senators who were risking to face the wrath of the President when she failed to appear during a meeting called by the party leader himself.
Allies to DP William Ruto including Kipchumba Murkomen, Susan Kihika and Aaron Cheruiyot were among the seven who defended the Deputy Speaker.

Other Senators who voted no include Mithika Linturi, Samson Cherargei and Christopher Andrew.
Bungoma Senator Moses Wetengula who missed the Friday seating following the demise of his brother Tony Waswa voted yes alongside Beth Mugo.
The ouster of Kindiki follows a voted of no confidence tabled by majority chief whip Irungu Kang’ata and was seconded by Senator Mutula Kilonzi Jnr.
Kindiki’s woes worsened when he was among those who failed to attend a meeting called by President Uhuru Kenyatta at State House.
He has also called on investigations into the deal signed between Governor Mike Sonko and the National Government transferring some of his function.
The call raised eyebrows if the deputy speaker was questioning his party leader and who could he be acting in behalf.
He blamed his political enemies of his woes distancing President Uhuru Kenyatta’s name in the discussions.
According to former Jubilee boss David Murathe, the differences between the President and his Deputy cannot be reconciled.
Murathe and COTU Secretary General Francis Atwoli have both hinted at the President being in power under a different capacity even after upcoming elections are over .
Atwoli has been blamed for being behind the wrangles facing Jubilee Party other in addition to ODM leader Raila Odinga.
