Riya is taking help from lawyer who has fought Sanjay Dutt’s case
Riya Chakraborty can apply for her advance deposition in court today. Last night, renowned lawyer Satish Mane had reached Shinde’s junior lawyer Anandini Fernandes Riya’s house. Satish Mane Shinde is the same lawyer who fought some cases of actors Sanjay Dutt and Salman Khan in the 1993 Blast Case. According to the information, Riya Chakraborty has signed her counsel to the lawyer, after which she can now seek legal help in this case.

Sushanta was a director in two of the three companies. Riya’s brother Shovik Chakraborty was the additional director in a company. Sushant invested a large part of his earnings in all the three companies.

39 people have recorded their statements so far

The Mumbai Police has so far recorded statements of 39 people in the case. Actor Sushant Singh Rajput committed suicide on 14 June at his Bandra home. No suicide note was found from the house.
