Riya Chakraborty calls herself Sushant’s girlfriend and has also demanded a CBI inquiry from Home Minister Amit Shah.

Actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s death has taken a completely new turn. On Sunday, Sushant Singh’s father filed a case against his alleged girlfriend actress Riya Chakraborty, 3 members of his family and two managers at the Rajiv Nagar police station in Patna. An FIR has been registered against Riya Chakraborty under various sections including suicide, fraud. Patna Central Region Inspector General Sanjay Singh shared this information.

Sushant’s father Krishna Kishore Singh in his FIR has made the following seven allegations against Riya and her family-

1. Before 2019, when my son Sushant Singh did not have any brain problem, then suddenly or what happened after Riya came in contact? Sushant Singh had a brainstorming problem to be investigated?

2. If he was undergoing mental treatment then why no written or verbal permission was taken from us in this regard. Because when a person is mentally ill, all his rights are with his family, should it be investigated?

3. During this period, the doctors who have treated my son Sushant Singh at the behest of Riya, I think these doctors were also involved in all this conspiracy with Riya. It should be investigated what treatment they did? Which medicines were given to my son?

4. When Riya comes to know that my son’s mental condition is going on badly, then in this situation he should not be treated properly, take all his medical papers with him, leave my son alone in that critical situation and My son committed suicide due to breaking all contact with him.

5. Sushant Singh wanted to do organic farming in Kerala except for the film line. When her friend Ganesh was ready to go to Kerala with her, Riya protested that you will not go anywhere. If you do not listen to me, I will give your medical report in the media and tell that you have gone mad. When Riya felt that Sushant Singh was not accepting this and his bank balance was also low. Riya thought that Sushant Singh was no longer of any use to her, so Riya who was staying at Sushant’s house. She took away laptop cas, jewelry, credit card, medical documents, PIN number, password from her house, should this case be investigated?

6. Before this episode, Sushant had a full name in the acting world, which is the reason that after Riya’s arrival, Sushant Singh’s film was reduced to a minimum.

7. A statement of a bank account of his son revealed that in the last 1 year, about 17 crore rupees were deposited in my son’s. Around 15 crore rupees have been withdrawn from this account during this period. The places where this money was transferred had nothing to do with my son. All the accounts of my son will be investigated. How much money Riya has cheated with his family and associates by fraud and conspiracy with these bank accounts should also be investigated?

Riya Chakraborty has been questioned twice by Mumbai Police in Sushant Suicide Case. He was once questioned about 11 hours. During the Halia interrogation, Riya did not disclose the financial transaction. Riya has also demanded a CBI inquiry into the matter. He made this appeal to Union Minister Amit Shah.

Sushanta was a director in two of the three companies. Riya’s brother Shovik Chakraborty was the additional director in a company. Sushant invested a large part of his earnings in all the three companies.
