A Central Reserve Police Force(CRPF) Jawan PK Misra, who fled from drive in the wake of talking against Home Minister Rajnath Singh in regards to the Sukma assault in a Facebook video, surrendered before the CRPF ADG in Delhi on Saturday, news office ANI announced.
