It must be more powerful than anything you ever met,
Not easily melted like gold in a flame nor ripped apart as a paper.
Your spirit must be unscathed by the judgement of others nor stained by the opinion of those who don't know you.
Your life is yours alone, even on the darkest days,
Darkness comes and goes,
Somedays it overstays its stay but knowledge that it is temporary will help you live, survive and even thrive.
Death may seem like a kindness,
But truly is it so? Your life is so full of hope and promise,
Even on days when it doesn't seem to be so.
