Rose Elixir Drink

This rose-flavoured summer elixir is a blend of simplicity and elegance. With just three
ingredients, it’s the perfect concoction to keep you refreshed and hydrated on scorching
days. Infused with the cooling essence of roses, this elixir embodies the cooling properties of
roses.

(you can buy Rose Elixir Syrup from any Indian store)

Ingredients:• 1/4 part milk/almond milk or any milk of your choice
• 3/4 part cold water
• 1/2 – 1 tsp rose elixir syrup (adjust to taste)
Instructions:
• In a jug, combine milk/almond milk or any milk of your choice and cold water.
• Add rose syrup according to your sweetness preference.
• Mix well and enjoy the floral essence of summer in every sip!

Lassi

Indulge in a creamy, sweet treat that doubles as a dessert drink! Lassi is the epitome of
refreshment with its smooth texture and sweet flavours. As an all-time favourite Ayurvedic
drink of mine, I love having it alongside my meals, savouring it’s taste and cooling effect.
Ingredients:
• 1 cup yogurt (greek or coconut)
• 1 tsp sugar
• 1 tsp rosewater (optional)
• 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
• 2 cups cold water
Instructions:
• Whisk yogurt until smooth.
• Add sugar, rosewater, and cardamom powder. Mix until sugar dissolves.
• Gradually pour in cold water and whisk until frothy.
• Pour into glasses, garnish with chopped nuts or saffron, and sip away into blissful
refreshment!

Chaas (Buttermilk)

Cooling buttermilk, infused with cumin and Himalayan salt, aids digestion by promoting
beneficial gut bacteria. Our doctors recommend it to balance or reduce pitta dosha in the
gastrointestinal tract, soothing inflammation and acidity. Its tangy-savoury balance assists in
breaking down food, easing absorption of nutrients, providing relief from indigestion.
Ingredients:
• 1/4 cup yogurt (greek or coconut)
• 1 tsp cumin powder
• 1/2 tsp himalayan salt
• 3/4 cup cold water
• Fresh coriander or mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
• In a bowl or blender, combine yogurt, cumin powder, and Himalayan salt. Whisk until
smooth.
• Gradually pour in cold water and whisk until frothy.
• Garnish with fresh coriander or mint leaves for an extra burst of freshness.
• Sip, savour, and let the cooling properties of chaas wash over you!
With these irresistible drinks in hand, you’re all set to conquer the summer heat in style.
Cheers to sunny days and refreshing sips!
