Okay, we know this topic has been done and dusted and we exclusively brought you Reema Kagti's version saying that ZNMD Sequel is not happening. But let us just admit, we so want a sequel to Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara. And so does Katrina Kaif! Recently, when we met the actress over a conversation while she was promoting Zero, the actress spoke at length about the characters she played that are her personal favourite. No points for guessing - Laila from ZNMD topped the list. Kat even said that every time she meets Zoya Akhtar, she tells her that she should write a sequel. We so resonate with the thought.

Earlier this year, when we met Reema Kagti (who co-wrote ZNMD with Zoya Akhtar), we wanted to know what's happening on that front. Well, we have to forget about ZNMD sequel if Reema and Zoya have their way. Even Farhan Akhtar had passed the ball in Zoya and Reema's court. "Zoya and me don't believe in sequels. You did it once and it is good. I am sure Ritesh would be happy..." he wrote. To this Ritesh quipped, "Never say never! It has to come from them (Zoya and Reema) as the writers."

Reema continued, "Ek film that does well in Bollywood, they start making a sequel. Why spoil a good thing? Ritesh obviously doesn't want to close that window. Zoya is not on Twitter but I always communicate to her. I told her, Zoya, everyone wants a ZNMD sequel...she said, let them keep wanting."

Coming back to Katrina, her other favourite characters from her filmography are Zoya from Ek Tha Tiger and Indu from Rajneeti. On playing Babita in Zero, Kat said that her role was difficult and emotionally tiring.

Is there one role on Katrina's wishlist? Well, she'd like to play a mythological character in a fantasy drama. We hope to see that soon!
