One of the most loved singers across the globe, British sensation Ed Sheeran arrived in Mumbai last night. He came amidst tight security with 45 members of his crew. The Shape of You singer has had a great year and Mumbai cannot wait to hear him sing. Sheeran has requested organisers to make a room decorated with graffiti and asked them to keep a stack of honey, fruits and fizzy drinks for him. The concert is tomorrow. As per a report in mid-day, tonight Farah Khan is hosting a gala party at her Andheri residence for him. She decided to keep it at home to give it a more personal touch. The report in the tabloid quoted a source as saying, “Initially, she toyed with the idea of throwing the bash at a suburban five star. But, on second thoughts, she wanted to give it a personal touch. So she went ahead with the idea of having it on the terrace of her highrise.” Ed and Farah Khan became friends after they met in 2015. The source further told the paper, “Special chefs have been flown down from Hyderabad to prepare mutton biryani and chicken tikka, among other Indian delicacies.” The guest list is also as starry. It seems Farah Khan will be joined by Deepika Padukone, Karan Johar, Alia Bhatt, Abhishek Bachchan, Katrina Kaif, Sushant Singh Rajput and Malaika Arora Khan. There is a special performance planned by Farah for him. Even Shah Rukh Khan might attend the party.

It seems Sheeran wanted to do some sight-seeing of Mumbai but it depends on how he feels. Post the concert, Mukesh and Nita Ambani are hosting a mega bash for him at their Antilla residence. Stay tuned to BL for more scoop and updates
