This week’s BARC report  was a total shocker. Shows that we’ve never seen on the list before made it to the top 10. The first and the fifth places were secured by the India vs New Zealand T20 ODI matches. Kundali Bhagya, which was on the first spot last week dropped to the second place followed by Kumkum Bhagya at the third place. Star Bharat’s comedy show Kya Haal Mr Panchaal made it to the fourth spot this week. There are a lot of surprise entries in the top 10 list this week. Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Shakti – Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki, Yeh Hai Mohabbatein and Udaan managed to stay in the top 15.

Zindagi Mehek Ki was in the sixth place this week with Sony Pal’s Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashma on the seventh spot. Zee TV’s Piya Albelaa also managed to remain in the top 10 at the eighth place. Guess which show repeated on the ninth place? Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashma that airs on SAB TV. The repeat telecast seems to be working more than the ongoing track. Sony Pal’s Baalveer took up the tenth spot. See, we told you that you are in for a lot of surprises. You can never take cricket out of this country and this just proves it. Teh country was hooked on to the match and we don’t blame them. Nobody would want to miss that.

Kundali Bhagya

The Kumkum Bhagya spin off was on the first position last week and this week, however, viewers chose to watch real life cricketers play. Geddit? Karan Luthra, the cricketer? Okay bad joke.

Whether it’s Pragya or Munni, fans are going to be stubbornly loyal to this show.

Now this was quite the unexpected entry in the top 10 shows list. Star Bharat’s comedy show seems to have made it to the top 10 and we wonder if it’s going to stick around for long.
