This month marks the grand opening of Nobu Residences Los Cabos, the first Nobu Hotels residential-style hospitality concept.

Nobu Hotels has grown markedly since its first hotel property was launched in Las Vegas ten years ago. By the end of this year, the portfolio will include a total of 32 properties.

To celebrate this grand opening, guests at the new residences in Los Cabos will be able to dine at Nobu (dinner for two), have seats at the inaugural ceremony, join Chef Nobu at a sunset cocktail hour on July 20th, and enjoy other special perks.

Nobu Hotels: The brand

Nobu Hotels stands out for its unique blend of modern luxury and minimal Japanese tradition. Each bespoke property is unique and different from the others: While common elements are threaded throughout the brand, every new project always entails collaboration with locals to achieve authenticity in cuisine, design, and decor that reflects a true sense of place.

The Nobu brand was built on the shoulders of its three founders:

• Oscar-winning actor and director Robert De Niro, who partnered with Chef Nobu to open Nobu in Tribeca, New York after dining at the Matsuhisa restaurant in Los Angeles, and

Nobu Hotel Los Cabos

The five-star Nobu Hotel Los Cabos opened its doors in 2019, sited on the magnificent Pacific coastline of Baja California, Mexico.

The luxury resort has six categories of accommodations. The 200 rooms and suites incorporate the use of local materials with Japanese detailing and design. Guests can select rooms with desert, pool, garden views or ocean views.

The almost 14,000-square-foot Esencia Wellness spa has 13 treatment rooms, indoor and outdoor hydrotherapy, and a fitness facility featuring a full-service gym and an indoor/outdoor area for yoga, spinning and fitness classes.

In addition to the host of off-site activities that can be organized by hotel staff, golf lovers appreciate the Diamante golf courses designed by Tiger Woods and Davis Love III that surround the property.
