A$AP Rocky marked his 35th birthday in style with his partner Rihanna in their hometown of New York City. The couple ventured out to celebrate the Harlem native’s special day at Carbone on Tuesday night (October 3), donning their signature fashionable attire.
Rihanna opted for an all-black ensemble featuring a tulle top, high-heel leggings, and a cropped bomber jacket. Meanwhile, the birthday boy went for a nostalgic look, wearing a shirt and tie underneath a grey sweater and a plaid blazer. He paired this with baggy jeans, black boots, a pink Bottega bag, and an abundance of pearl clips adorning his hair.
This outing comes shortly after Rihanna and A$AP Rocky unveiled the first photos of their newborn baby boy, Riot, in a heartwarming photoshoot with their one-year-old son, RZA.
The family portraits were shared by the couple’s trusted photographer, DIGGZY, last month. RiRi and Rocky took turns holding baby Riot Rose, who wore a pink onesie and a matching du-rag-like accessory with Timberland boots.
Captioning the photos, the mother of two wrote, “The Mayers Boyz.”
Rihanna revealed her baby bump during her Super Bowl Halftime performance in February and gave birth to her second son on August 3 in Los Angeles. While they initially kept their first son’s name a secret for nearly a year, it was later revealed that he was named RZA, born on May 13, 2022, and is now a big brother.
In February, Rihanna expressed her desire to expand their family even further. She said, “Listen, I’m down for whatever. My wish would be I would like to have more kids but whatever God wants for me, I’m here. We’re best friends with a baby. We have to be on the same page, but we’ve always kind of had that in our relationship. Everything changes when you have a baby, but I wouldn’t say it’s done anything but made us closer. The second Rocky makes eye contact with [RZA] he is on fire. The whole thing they say about sons and moms, it’s a myth. Sons and fathers is crazy. I realized that the validation that you really need as a boy is from your father.”
