In today’s episode, Heena pushes Dua down the stairs, leaving everyone stunned. Ammi screams and calls out Dua’s name loudly. Dua is badly injured. Ghazal appears oddly pleased by Dua’s condition, while Heena stands motionless, unresponsive. Ammi cries out for help, but no one comes forward. Noor attempts to assist, but Gulnaaz intervenes, leading her away to a room. Suddenly, Kaynaat arrives, shocked by the scene. She helps Ammi lay Dua on the sofa and promptly calls a doctor. Kaynaat contacts Haider, urgently informing him about Dua and asking him to come home immediately. Haider begins driving, memories of moments with Dua flashing through his mind. Meanwhile, the doctor arrives and recommends taking Dua to the hospital right away. As Kaynaat calls for an ambulance, Ghazal prevents her and takes Dua into a room. On the other side, Haider finds himself stuck in traffic. Ghazal claims that Dua was faking it, leading to a slap from Kaynaat. Ghazal began using her manipulative tactics, reminding Kaynaat about her mother, Heena, and handing her the phone to call. Kaynaat was torn, unsure whether to save Heena or Dua.
