The Best Face Creams for Irritated Skin

Dealing with inflamed and irritated Skin seriously sucks and it’s something I deal with a lot, but over the years, I’ve discovered several creams that work for the various issues and irritations that pop up with my skin so that the inflammation, redness, acne, dryness or whatever issues I’m dealing with can be solved quickly, gently, and easily. These are the best face creams for irritated skin that I’ve tried and work best for me I hope they help you out the next time irritation strikes ♥

The Best Face Creams for Irritated Skin

Antonia Burrell Cream Supreme // Click Here to Read My Review

This is my holy grail face cream for anything acne, pigmentation, or blackhead related. It is incredibly pricey, but incredibly worth it. It has a patented herbal complex in the formula that really and truly brings an insane amount of calm and clarity to my skin and I’ve found nothing that rivals it in the years I’ve been blogging.

Celsus Bio-Intelligence Natural Scar Cream // Click Here to Read My Review

This natural scar cream is amazing for so many things, but I mainly like using it as a scar cream, stretch mark cream, and also whenever my skin is exceedingly dry. It works well for these things. I’ve seen my acne scars and stretch marks greatly diminished from using this over a few months and it’s a wonderful everyday moisturizer if you’re dealing with dry skin. It will not clog pores if you have acne prone or sensitive skin so that’s also a big plus for someone like me!

Zyderma HS Cream // Click Here to Read My Review

Zyderma HS Cream is a wonderful option for anyone who has sensitive or dry skin and is dealing with redness, breakouts, and needs a soothing, clarifying, antibacterial cream. The formula includes antibacterial ingredients like nano-free MicroSilver BG and is incredibly gentle and soothing to skin.

Argentum Apothecary La Potion Infinie // Click Here to Read My Review

La Potion Infinie is one of the few creams that came close to rivaling my favorite, Antonia Burrell Cream Supreme (shown above). It has a bit of a different function from the Cream Supreme because it focuses more on anti-aging properties, though I personally think it would be equally beneficial for acne prone skin, especially given that the formula includes an infusion of silver hydrosol and DNA HP (naturally marine sourced) which help to hydrate skin while also fighting free radical damage, smoothing fine lines, encouraging collagen and elastin production, and fighting acne-causing bacteria. This one is more expensive than the Cream Supreme, but the jar is larger and lasts longer, in my opinion, so I guess that makes sense. Both products are very much luxury level creams.

Harbfarmacy Starweed Face Cream // Click Here to Read My Review

A more wallet-friendly cream, this gentle face cream from Herbfarmacy is formulated with organic ingredients sourced directly from the Herbfarmacy farm in UK. It’s gentle enough for sensitive skin and won’t clog acne prone skin which makes it perfect for hydrating and soothing dry, winter skin. It leaves a slight residue that goes away once it’s completely absorbed into the skin and smells lovely.

Odacite Beautiful Day Moisturizer Cream with MSM & DMAE // Click Here to Read My Review

The Beautiful Day Moisturizer is a nice hydrating face cream that’s just below $100 and includes many of the benefits of the previous creams, though not nearly as potent, in my opinion. It’s organic formula takes a very gentle approach to hydrating and soothing skin while using natural MSM and DMAE to smooth fine lines, plump, and firm skin. Various other plant ingredients fight off free radical damage, soothe and soften skin texture.

Pai Echium Eye Cream // Click Here to Read My Review

For people like me who have trouble finding an eye cream that doesn’t give them milia, this is for you! This eye cream is one of the very few (that I can count on one hand) eye products that doesn’t irritate my eye area or give me milia. It’s super hydrating and softening and one of the few eye creams I’ve ever seen a noticeable difference using. It’s just amazing. Try it. Love it. Thank me later.

First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Cream // Click Here to Read My Review

If you happen to deal with irritated skin, this is a great affordable option that’s gentle enough to use on face and body. It’s not the most natural formula ever, but it does has colloidal oatmeal which is very soothing and hydrating to skin irritations like keratosis pilaris, all kinds of eczema, and atopic dermatitis. I’ve used this one on both my face and body to great effect.

MAHALO Rare Indigo Balm // Click Here to Read My Review

Last, but not least, is the Mahalo Rare Indigo Beauty Balm. I know it’s not technically a cream, but I wanted to include it because it’s so damn soothing! The scent calms my mind before bed, the light, but nourishing balm melts in my fingers and is easily patted into skin and absorbed. It’s great for dry skin, redness, and even acne, in my opinion. The balm isn’t heavy at all, though it is very hydrating, and won’t clog pores so if you have acne prone skin and are dealing with dryness, this is a great choice. It’s pricey, but will last you ages as you literally need less than a dime size worth of balm for your entire face, neck, and decolleté.
