To the entire Sci Healthcare team,

I and my wife had met Dr. Shivani and Dr. Richa at SCI Healthcare in March 2016.After many
failures of IVF, they showed us the ray of hope for parenthood which was possible only through
surrogacy. We could get success only because of the expertise, professionalism, and concern
which was truly unparalleled.

We are very grateful to Lalit, Nabanita and Jyoti for keeping us updated with the progress of the
baby and the surrogate. We always got the Ultrasonography report on time. All three of them
were very helpful and took care of all our worries and anxiety with a personal touch. we always
felt that we were in the safe hands because of them.

We are very grateful to Mr. Gourav Rathi (from Accounts) for keeping us updated with all the
expenses in a very transparent manner. On a couple of occasions, there was a delay in
payment from our side. Mr. Gourav was quite considerate and cooperative on those occasions.

May SCI healthcare continue to help the childless couple like us in the best possible way for
future.
